The Brooks Cascadia 4's design is superb. Their polyester lining keep moisture at bay for better comfort and keeps the feet well ventilated. It also has removable insoles for better cushioning and support. The midsoles are made from BioMoGo, a material that is bio-degradable which is compression-resistant and quick to rebound.
