New Balance MR860 is a running shoe designed for male runners with mild to moderate overpronation. It is an update from the famous 760. This shoe is a high mileage trainer built with plenty of support all throughout the footwear so you can finish your run without overdoing your legs and feet.
Many people have experienced less foot and leg problems with this running shoe thanks to the Abzorb® cushioning in the forefoot and N-energy technology in the heel that maximizes shock absorption. It also comes with dual density medial post that helps reduce overpronation. This lightweight shoe comes with ACTEVA™ lite midsole. This is a type of foam with high compression set and is 24% lighter than traditional foams. Meanwhile, the Stability Web® midsole provide optimum arch support to help prevent midfoot flex.
Designed with open mesh uppers and synthetic overlays, this running shoe offers maximum breathability and lightweight support on the feet. For added comfort, it has lightly padded collar and tongue. It is also built with a semi-curved shape which can be attributed to the PL-1 shoe last. The outsoles do not wear off easily as well since it is made from Ndurance® rubber compound.
